After filling out a booking form, you will instantly receive an email confirmation that your form has been sent to us. Our goal is to reply to all party requests within 2 business days. Often our reply emails end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder in the days following your form submission. This email will confirm that the requested date and time are available and request a deposit. Your booking is not secured without a deposit. You are welcome to change your party date, time, or character after your deposit is paid if we can accommodate the change - and we will do our very best to!
